Oatmeal Crasin

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup crasins
  • 1/3  cup honey or maple syrup if vegan
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup  chocolate chips

Cinnamon Vanilla 

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4  cup honey or maple syrup if vegan
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Chocolate Chip & Flax

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2  cup ground flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Once you have all of the ingredients into a bowl, stir until they become a consistency that is able to be rolled and stick together. I really enjoyed making all of these bliss balls especially the cinnamon vanilla ( its like a healthy cinnamon roll yum )!
