Chick Pea & Lentil Coconut Curry




  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup of lentils
  • 1 chopped garlic clove 
  • ½ chopped onion 
  • 1 chopped red bell pepper 
  • ½ cup of bone broth
  • 28oz of canned chick peas 
  • 1 tbsp of turmeric
  • 1 tbsp of pepper
  • 1 tbsp of salt
  • 4 tbsp of curry powder


Preparation Instructions

Prep time: 10-15 minutes

Cook time: 20 minutes

In a sauce pan add the bone broth, onions, garlic & bell peppers let those cook for 5-8 before adding in lemon juice, coconut milk, lentils and seasonings. After adding in lemon juice, coconut milk, lentils, and seasonings; let cook for 15 minutes then add the chick peas and let cook for another 5 minutes. Don’t over cook as chick peas can become mushy.
